Ich, Ni, San.... SUSHI!
Joe got a Sushi making kit and cookbook from my brother and sister-in-law for christmas this year. We put it to good use today. Although preparing the vinegar rice is a little time intensive, the whole process is quite easy and straightforward. We only did Cucumber and Avocado rolls (lovely though Connecticut may be, sushi-grade fish it does not offer readily). It was amazing how simple and easy it was to make sushi that really tasted authentic. Check it out!

yum yum YUM! that looks super yummy and delicious. so, you guys managed to figure out the grams to tablespoons conversion, huh? sorry for giving you a book with random european measurements!
No, the book you gave us was perfect - great recipes. It was the little book in the kit that had only european recipes. We were just to thick to check the ACTUAL cookbook you gave us before we started!
